Black masterbatches are deep concentrations of carbon black, anywhere between 15 –50% equally spread in thermoplastic resins which act as a carrier or binder.

Black Masterbatches and concentrates make it easy for plastic processors to utilize carbon black and other dry powders in an already dispersed pellet form, making incorporation in extrusion and molding processes easy. When added into different polymers, Black Masterbatch imparts properties like colour, UV resistance, and electrical or thermal conductivity.

Black Masterbatches are available in PE, PP, EVA, ABS, PC, PET, PS and NYLON base resins for various applications.
